Apartments & Condos at Steamboat Basecamp
With options to rent or buy, Steamboat Basecamp has a variety of available apartments for rent and townhomes for sale. Because if your adventures are your own, your home base should be too.
Apartments
Available in late Fall of 2023, our 73 apartment residences include studio, 1-bedroom, and 3-bedroom co-living suites, with access to a communal rooftop lounge and terrace, central landscaped courtyard, and a ski/bike tune-up shop in the lobby.
Townhomes
Available in early 2025, our 27 Townhomes are comprised of 3 and 4 bedroom options. All will feature garage parking, rooftop outdoor space, functional floorplans, and quality finishes.
